Jay Ruderman is an activist and president of the Ruderman Family Foundation who has focused his life’s work on seeking social justice by advocating for people with disabilities worldwide. He is also host of All About Change, a podcast focused on inclusion, innovation, and social justice. Prior to joining the Foundation, he was an assistant district attorney. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, as well as the Board of Directors at Brandeis University and the University of Haifa. He lives in Boston with his wife, Shira, and their four children.
