This Privacy Policy applies to this website and any other website, application, or other online service that links to this Privacy Policy, including author websites and online services, however accessed and/or used, that are operated or otherwise made available by Langrick Media d/b/a Wonderwell (collectively referred to as the “Sites”).
The Sites are used to promote the books and authors published by Langrick Media d/b/a Wonderwell, a California corporation located in Los Angeles. The Sites are linked to a commercial email newsletter service that visitors may subscribe to and social network pages maintained by the company.
The Sites solicit and may collect some personal information (“Personal Data”) from someone who visits the Sites (“Guest”) as well as aggregated usage information (“Usage Data”).

Personal Data and Usage Data are collected to enable us to operate the Sites, market books, provide services including newsletters, fan groups, giveaways, and contests, to respond to requests, and to improve visitor experiences.
Personal data is used to send Wonderwell newsletters where we have consent to do so. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter. We currently use Mailchimp to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. Mailchimp is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. For operation and maintenance purposes, these Sites and any third party services may collect files that record visitor interactions with the Sites (“System Logs“) or use for this purpose other information (such as a visitor’s IP Address).
Personal Data and Usage Data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller in any legal action arising from improper use of the Sites or related services.

Throughout the Sites, there are links to third party sites and online stores where the book (or e-book, audiobook, or other related product) can be purchased. We don’t control these third party sites and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases resulting from a Guest clicking through from the Sites to an online store, and then going on to make a purchase.
GUESTS RIGHTS
Guests have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about the content and origin of such Personal Data, to verify its accuracy or to ask for it to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons.
